How to Delete Your Account and Data

We respect your right to control your data. You can request deletion of your FAM account and all associated data at any time.

Steps to Delete Your Account

1. Open the FAM app on your device
2. Go to Settings (tap your profile icon)
3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted

Alternatively, you can email us at support@keepitclose.app to request account deletion.

What Data Is Deleted

• Your profile information (name, email, profile photo)
• Your location data and location history
• Your spaces, circles, and group memberships
• Your shared photos and media
• Your subscription information

Data Retention

Account deletion is processed immediately. Your data is soft-deleted and permanently purged from our systems within 30 days.
