We respect your right to control your data. You can request deletion of your FAM account and all associated data at any time.
Steps to Delete Your Account
- Open the FAM app on your device
- Go to Settings (tap your profile icon)
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion when prompted
Alternatively, you can email us at support@keepitclose.app to request account deletion.
What Data Is Deleted
- Your profile information (name, email, profile photo)
- Your location data and location history
- Your spaces, circles, and group memberships
- Your shared photos and media
Data Retention
Account deletion is processed immediately. Your data is soft-deleted and permanently purged from our systems within 30 days.
